Service terms
Last updated: 7 October 2026.
Service scope
The published fixed-scope offers cover the public AI surfaces and deliverables described at checkout. Standard reviews are based on publicly accessible, non-confidential information supplied by the buyer or observable from the identified surface.
Buyer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for supplying accurate scope information, confirming that submitted material can lawfully be shared, implementing any recommended changes, and obtaining qualified legal advice where legal interpretation or sector-specific obligations are material.
Delivery targets
Published delivery times are targets that begin after complete usable intake is received. They are not guaranteed deadlines where the submitted surface is unavailable, materially changes during review, or the requested work falls outside the purchased scope.
Payments and scope problems
Payments are made through the published PayPal checkout. If TraceNotice cannot reasonably perform the purchased published scope from the supplied material, the buyer will be contacted through the available contact path to resolve scope or arrange an appropriate refund before substantive work proceeds.
No certification or legal conclusion
Outputs are implementation observations, remediation suggestions, acceptance criteria and evidence guidance. Final compliance decisions remain with the responsible provider/deployer and, where appropriate, qualified counsel.
Acceptable use
Do not submit secrets, credentials, unlawfully obtained material, private customer data, malware, confidential source code or content you are not authorised to share.
Contact
Questions about a purchase or these terms can be sent through the TraceNotice contact path.
