Privacy

Last updated: 7 October 2026.

TraceNotice is intentionally designed to work from public, non-confidential product surfaces. Do not submit credentials, private URLs, source code, customer records, personal data, confidential documents or payment credentials through public intake links.

What information may be processed

If you choose to contact TraceNotice or request a review, the service may process the business contact details and public URLs/context you provide, plus ordinary transaction records supplied by the payment provider. Public GitHub issue intake is public by design; only submit information you are comfortable publishing.

Why it is used

Information is used to answer enquiries, deliver purchased implementation reviews, manage the commercial relationship, prevent abuse and maintain basic business records.

Third-party services

The public site is delivered through hosting and domain infrastructure. GitHub may be used for public, non-confidential intake and issue workflow. PayPal processes payments under its own privacy terms. TraceNotice does not receive your payment-card credentials.

Data minimisation

TraceNotice does not need production credentials or private customer data for its standard public-surface services. If a future engagement requires private material, a separate private handling arrangement should be agreed before anything confidential is supplied.

Contact
