Nature of the service
TraceNotice provides technical and operational implementation support for AI transparency surfaces. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and does not issue legal-compliance certifications.
Scope
The €190 offer covers one public AI surface. The €490 founding agency pilot covers up to three public client surfaces. The €2,500 sprint covers deeper implementation support for one product, subject to the agreed public/non-confidential scope.
Delivery targets
Delivery times shown on the site are targets that begin after complete intake. They are not service-level guarantees unless separately agreed in writing.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer remains responsible for legal interpretation, final product decisions, deployment, and obtaining qualified legal advice where required. TraceNotice recommendations should be reviewed in the context of the actual product and jurisdiction.
Payment and fulfillment
Commercial payments are processed by PayPal. TraceNotice treats revenue as earned/confirmed only when PayPal confirms payment. A browser return to the delivery page does not by itself prove payment.
